Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the nature of our business, each item is custom made to order and not eligible for any refunds.
While we make every effort to ensure each of our items exceed your expectations, we are human. So are our shippers. We take pride in our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please review the following Returns/Replacement policy.
Items must be returned NEW and UNUSED, in original manufacturer packaging. Damaged items will go through our loss and damage investigation procedure and an outcome will then be determined.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the shipping date of the item/items. If 30 days has elapsed since your purchase, we will not offer an exchange.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items/wrong merchandise (what you have received is different from what was written on your order confirmation email) must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been shipped. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Manufacturer defects do happen occasionally and as always, we back these issues with our 100% quality guarantee.
We are not able to offer Returns or Exchanges to items not fitting properly or the wrong size (different from order confirmation). Please refer to Sizing Charts on all product descriptions before ordering.
NOTE ON COLOUR VARIANCES:
Due to the many variations in screens and browsers, colours may appear different on different displays. The colour you see on your end may not be the same as the colour we see on our end.
Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all displays, we do not guarantee that what you see will be exactly what you see on your printed goods.
Colours may appear slightly different when printed on different papers as well (ex. glossy paper will be more vibrant, matte will be more subdued)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
